An opportunity for a Senior Mining Engineer has come up at this mid sized underground base metals mine. The best aspect of this role is the location, great schools and housing available only a 2 hour drive from Melbourne...
The role contains a good mix of Planning, Production and Project work. As it is only a small mine you will be doing most of the Mining Engineering work and making a lot of the decisions yourself. This role is perfect for those who are sick of the big mine atmosphere and like doing things their way.
The company is at the beginning of a 3 year expansion and there are 2 other operations commencing production in the next 18 months so there is an opportunity to switch over there into a Management role.
Residential in Country Victoria, only 2 hours from Melbourne.
Bachelor of Mining Engineering
5-7 years Mining Engineering experience
Advanced mine planning software
